Article 2 — Booking
Every trip with Taxi RF requires a mandatory prior reservation, made either:
- Online via the form on the Rates & Booking page
- By phone at +33 6 05 71 77 11
The booking is confirmed only after receipt of the deposit payment.
Article 3 — Regulated fares
The fares applied are the official Paris taxi rates, set by prefectural order. 10% VAT included.

Surcharges:
- Pick-up fee: €3.00

The final amount is the one shown on the approved taxi meter, which is authoritative.
When the vehicle travels at less than 30 km/h, the hourly rate applies instead of the per-km rate.
Article 4 — Payment
A deposit of 30% of the highest estimated amount is required at the time of online booking, by card via Stripe.
The balance is paid directly to the driver at the end of the trip, in cash or by card, based on the amount shown on the approved taxi meter.
Article 5 — Cancellation & Refunds
More than 24 hours before departure: free cancellation, deposit refunded 100%.
Between 4 and 24 hours before departure:
- Deposit over €50 → 20% refund
- Deposit under €50 → 10% refund
Less than 4 hours before departure: no refund.
These terms apply because a vehicle and driver are mobilised exclusively for your trip from the moment of confirmation, and other trip requests are declined in order to honour your booking.
Article 6 — Liability
Taxi RF is committed to providing transport in the best conditions of safety and comfort. In the event of a delay due to traffic or exceptional circumstances, Taxi RF cannot be held liable.
The client is responsible for their luggage. Taxi RF accepts no liability for loss of or damage to personal belongings not reported before the trip.

In the event of an unresolved dispute with Taxi RF, the client may use the consumer mediator free of charge:

Article 9 — Governing law
These Terms of Service are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and after an attempt at amicable resolution, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
